The services we are able to provide include:

A: The construction of new custom homes both as “spec builders” and for clients who may have their lot and need a contractor who is capable of taking their project from the design stage to completion. Our company has gained the recognition from clients and real estate professionals for our attention to detail and above average quality, while working in a cost effective, timely manner.

B: Upgrading and renovation of existing homes that have now reached the point of functional obsolescence. Many of our clients have selected us to advise and perform the work on the numerous upper-end homes in gated communities, throughout the valley. They are in desirable locations, have good “architectural bones” and in need of complete makeovers to bring them consistent with current finishes and features.

C: We offer solid, design to build, developer services for clients who desire to purchase land and construct it into residential subdivisions or commercial projects. We are currently developing a mixed-use 12 unit residential and 3,500 square foot commercial project in Palm Springs. In addition we have two other projects in Palm Desert and Desert Hot Springs that are in the initial phase of development.
